HOW CAN I PAY AT MSTAR?

Basically, you have the option to choose between different payment methods. However, MStar reserves the right to offer a choice between different payment methods depending on your creditworthiness.

HOW DOES RETURNS WORK?
You can return the purchased items within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will refund the payments already made in full upon receipt of the return. You must pay the shipping costs of the return. Please inform us about the return by contacting us.

DELIVERY TIME AND AVAILABILITY
The delivery time for goods in stock is 3-5 working days.
A 24-hour delivery service is currently not available. Deviations from the stated delivery time and availability may occur in exceptional cases, e.g. if one item is in high demand and sells out quickly - or in the opposite case, if an item becomes available again.
Delivery times may also be longer for freight forwarding items.

SHIPPING
We are happy to deliver the order to the following countries. The order will be shipped immediately after checking out the order and the confirmation of the delivery cost. We use DHL, DPD, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or AUSTRIAN POST to deliver the order. After shipping the package, you will receive a tracking number.

​Shipping to other parts of Austria and other country above will be charged, the shipping cost will be quoted after the order check out. You will receive an email for the final invoice including the shipping cost.

​German VAT (currently 19%) will be deducted from the item purchase price for delivery to a Swiss address or address in Great Britain, so only the net price will be invoiced. Delivery and import into Switzerland incur additional costs such as customs duties, import sales taxes and other delivery fees. These remaining costs are borne by the customer.

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS
Unfortunately, changing your delivery address is not possible once your order has been dispatched. This is because we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you cannot log in because you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password in the login area using the “Forgot your password?” link. You will then receive an email in which you will find a link that you can use to reset your old password and assign a new password.
